Orders shipped outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due. Please ask Mr Trump to remove the USA tarriffs if possible……
If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is your responsibility. Occasionally, an incorrect address can be rectified, and I will of course always try to resolve the situation, but in the case it is lost, I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong pot in which case a return and resupply will be arranged or a refund in full. You may visit and change your pot for another equivalent one., and providing the exchange pot is in excellent condition, please contact me
In the unlikely event of breakage or non receipt, there is a 14 day cutoff period after which there is a presumption that any claim will be invalid. However each case will be weighed on its merits and if possible some mutually acceptable agreement will be found.
